Every athlete is powered by the food they consume. We will first cleanse your gut to ensure your foundational health is solid. From there, you will learn how to eat based on the foods you enjoy that will allow for balance and overall enjoyment with your nutrition that will create long-term sustainable results.

Move your body
Every athlete has a program that pushes them both physically and mentally. Each individual is unique. We have many different options for workouts. We will educate you on the different options and how to choose something that will fit into your lifestyle and that you can adhere to long-term.

Awaken your mind.
Every athlete needs to have that "X" factor - the grit, clarity and drive to push through discomfort and adversity. We will teach you how to become mentally strong so that you not only will push through the tough times on your health and wellness journey but will overall have a stronger mindset and happier life.
MEET YOUR COACHES
Aly McPherson started with a curiosity for group fitness back in 2015. This curiosity turned into a full-time sweaty pursuit to not only live the lifestyle herself, but to empower others to do the same.
She is passionate about bringing fitness to others in a physical capacity and a mental one too. She has an extensive background in athletic fitness, yoga and animal flow and this makes for a very exciting and unique class experience. And let's be honest here, HIIT is her sh*t. She will not only push you past your limits, but will leave you feeling ready to conquer the rest of your day and ultimately your life.

ALY MCPHERSON

IAN MCPHERSON
Ian McPherson found his passion for training and coaching back in 2015. He took his passion and dived right into the world of performance training & coaching. His passion was driven by his experiences as a former athlete and lack of quality coaches and trainers in his life. This drives him to continually give back and educate the next generation of up and coming athletes.
Ian continually channels his former athlete in his trainings and believes strongly in educating on the whys of specific movements and programming. His background in sports performance training, Olympic lifting, speed and agility training gives traditional strength training and cardio sessions a little flare and gets people out of their comfort zone with challenging athletic movements. His passion for athleticism and learning is second to none, but don’t take him lightly.
He will happily get in your face and push you to the limit when you absolutely need it whether you’re finishing a workout or half-assing ANYTHING in front of him. He is described as the perfect balance of sweet and salty!
